From sourcing to sovereignty

Nine years securing other people’s value chains. Now I am building my own.

I spent nine years leading procurement in industries that do not tolerate approximation: ejection seats, small arms, public defence programmes. As a member of the executive committee of a listed group, I negotiated contracts worth tens of millions of euros, rebuilt a seventeen-strong team across three continents and integrated two industrial subsidiaries.

In 2025 I founded Durandal Patrimoni SLU, an Andorran holding company whose motto is Fet per durar. Its flagship project, Valira Aero, is preparing the arrival of electric air mobility in Andorra.

The challenge

Andorra has no airport and no railway. The Principality can only be reached by road, hours away from the main international airports, and its valleys remain hard to reach for part of the year.

The answer

Quiet, electric air links: eVTOL passenger transport to regional hubs, and light drone cargo to serve the valleys.
